Well again it has been a big break since my last post, Im still settling into london and finding it hard to get into a regular schdule, adn find time to work on my own images. this is an illustration I did fora medical journal about music therapy and I was really happy with the tone adn atmosphere I created in the image.

Venom-Oz comics

pull a long night on a a job that is taking alot of time and needed some fun, and there is not much more fun to draw than venom.

rejected illo

over xmas, with people on halidays adn such the lines of communication become a little thinner adn sometimes stop all together, I took this illustration all the way to finish with out getting clearance from the client and in the end the tone wasnt right and I needed to push it in a new direction and start from scratch. What I did end up with was a pretty picture using works appropriated from 2 of the most famous artists of the 20th century- Dali and Lichtenstein

So, over the last few posts i have been putting up my progress on this job, and this is the final illustration its interestong the different directions it could have gone in looking at it from my first set of thumbnails. keep an eye out for it, hopefully you might see it around.

iorn man- redesign

this weeks ozcomics challenge was Iron man, I thought it would be fun to try and re design the suit. I havent had much time, this was 2, 40min sessions, bashed some helicopter and modern firearms together to get some Ideas for different shapes then some rough line work, then brushed in some flat tones, adn some colour tints on top.

Kurt Godel

Hi, its been a really long time since I have posted. These are some portraits and caricatures of scientist Kurt godel, done fora little short film that is in production that I also did some storyboards for, all qicks no more than 40mins on each, just really having some fun with different mediums. Ill post more about teh short film when it is furthur along, but it has a great script, and I think it will turn out great.
